IS_MEMBER

Returns whether the current user is a member of the specified role. This function cannot be used in a reflection.

Syntax​

IS_MEMBER(expression varchar) → boolean​

  • expression: String expression identfying a role in Dremio.

IS_MEMBER example 
SELECT IS_MEMBER ('public')

IS_MEMBER example
